HOW IT WORKS

Swiss Watches Auction have a simple and secure buying process that ensures that you are fully protected whilst making a purchase on our platform.

1. REGISTER – Register for an account on Swiss Watches Auction
2. CREDIT CARD – You will need to add a payment card while signing up. This card will only get charged if you win the bid on a watch. You then get charged for the buyers commission direct to your card.
3. BID – Place bids for any watches that you are interested in purchasing. Ensure that you have read the description and have studied the images of the watch carefully as all bids are final and cannot be retracted. You may ask questions to the seller in the comments section.
4. WIN – If you are the highest bidder once the auction ends, you are the winner. Your payment card will automatically be charged for the buyers commission.
5. PAY – You will then be asked to complete the transaction and pay for the watch. This can be done via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
6. ESCROW – Once payment has been made, the funds are held in escrow and the dealer is notified to send the watch to you.
7. DELIVERY – The watch is sent by the seller via tracked delivery to the address you have requested. Delivery is free within the auction region.
8. RECEIVE – Once you have received the watch and are satisfied with it, log into your account and advise that the watch has been received. This will then release the funds from escrow to the seller.
